Refunds
Last updated 27 October 2026
If Transcend isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 11 days of buying it and you'll get your money back. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to hear it.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email, or write to dawtranscend@gmail.com or on Discord with your order number. Stripe, which sold you the licence through Stripe Managed Payments (the charge shows as Link on your statement), sends the money back to the card or account you paid with; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank. Stripe may also refund an order itself, within 60 days, to settle a dispute.
What happens to your licence
Once a refund goes through, the licence is switched off. Transcend keeps working for one more day after it learns of the refund, so you are not cut off in the middle of a session, and then returns to the free trial.
Your projects are never touched
Refunds never change or delete anything you made. Your projects, recordings and exports stay on your computer and remain yours.
Chargebacks
Please ask us first: a refund is quicker than a chargeback. A licence whose payment is reversed stops working the same way.
Where the law gives you more
If the law where you live gives you a longer or stronger right to cancel, that right applies. In the EU and the UK, buying something to download usually comes with 14 days to change your mind, which ends once the download starts if you agreed to that at checkout. Stripe's terms say how it applies to your order, and our own refund window above applies either way.
